PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II.

Description:
  • We are seeking a digital channel planning analyst to run the day-to-day management of the digital product and programs team, including creation of work plans, roadmaps, progress tracking, budget, staffing, leadership updates and presentations, team communications etc. Candidates who have an eye for data and analytics are highly desirable.
Roles & responsibilities 
  • Develop the structure to track annual team goals, deliverables and roadmaps
  • Drive annual planning process with the team
  • Build and run cadence for team meetings, communications and leadership updates
  • Develop presentations and required communications
  • Plan and manage teams’ opex and capex plans 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions as required
  • Provide ad-hoc support on projects small to large scale
  • Additional responsibilities as periodically assigned
Qualifications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Background in eCommerce and strategic consulting preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and a self-starter
  • Ability to story tell and develop executive presentations
  • Advanced understanding and usage of Keynote (or equivalent) 
  • Ability to multitask and understand how to prioritize tasks based on importance vs. immediacy
  • High EQ and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to formulate budgets and financial models
  • Comfortable working in time-sensitive and rapidly evolving situations
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, while being efficient with limited resources
  • Level of attention to detail that is second to none
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
