PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician in Redmond, WA. As a PDS Tech employee, you will be on assignment at Honeywell.

Job Description: Controls Automation -Fire/Security Alarms
  • Operates on site at client locations.
  • Duties include installing and repairing equipment, and training customer employees on how to maintain machinery.
  • Performs trial run of machinery to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Works under minimal supervision.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
Qualifications: 
  • May require an associate's degree in area of specialty and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Fire/Security Alarm Servicing experience
Special Considerations:
  • Lifting is generally at or below 30Lbs. without significant repetitions.
  • Moderate exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is anticipated.
  • Operation of a Powered industrial truck is considered at least Industrial and may be considered Heavy as determined by other exposures.
