Description
Job Title: System Engineer
Responsibilities
1. Create specifications for Off highway vehicle systems for complex features and functions for the Agricultural  display application software processing GPS Data, Harvesting Machines Yield Data, Handling core business logic for various agricultural operations, ISOBUS 11783 Tack Controller and Virtual Terminal .
2. Perform the Root Cause Analysis for the defects logged in system.
3. Participate in Software Validation for every release
4. Ability to under the C++ Code and support in software solution development , implementation and Testing
5. Specification of standard electronics to achieve system function
6. Resolution of functional changes/issues, change requests 
7. Describe electronic functional testing on test vehicle for Test and Validation Team
Qualifications
•Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural,  Electrical Engineering, computer science or EET or related degree area.

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience as System engineer / Designer for Automotive, Off-highway vehicles 
• Ability to understand the C++ language code
• Knowledge of vehicle communication and Diagnostics protocols: CAN/LIN/J1939/XCP/UDS
• Experience with Farm Equipment, Precision Farming systems or connected vehicle systems.
• Experience in electronic troubleshooting and diagnostics or a related field. Complex mechanical assembly service or troubleshooting acceptable too. 
• Experience with development and execution of test plans.
• Ability to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to demonstrate good computer skills with Word, Excel, MSOffice suite.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Closed loop control system appreciation and understanding – electro-hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and appreciation, to supplement, if SW and/or Electrical background
• Communications protocol experience and understanding (e.g. Serial,  Cellular, Wifi, GPS, ISOBUS).
• Agricultural, construction, or similar background which demonstrates familiarity with operation of off-highway equipment.
• Experience using Vector tools CANalyzer / CANoE devices, or other tools for serial bus system data logging and analysis.
