Job Duties:   

  • The Project Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the project activities for the projects assigned in accordance with project goals, budget, quality control and company objectives
  • Project Manager is responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within a company. He/she will ensure that  projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget
  • Tasked with managing projects with top-down oversight from inception to completion. 
  • Project management of  power electronics component development
  • Ensures accurate and timely project documentation, including but not limited to, RFI's submittals, schedule updates, time records, supplemental work orders, change order pricing, and general project correspondence
  • Prepare Project expense budgets, revenue and profit projections for the Division Manager.
  • Enforce compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, safety standards and contracts and report all variances to the Division Manager.

Minimum required qualifications:
  • Must be US Citizen
  • B.S or MS in Technical field from Accredited University (preferably Electrical or Mechanical)
  • minimum 5+ years of Technical project Management exp preferably withing the aerospace and Military space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and team skills.
  • Must be PMP or MBA.
  • Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and project team
  • Milestone development and tracking
  • Management of detailed components’ project plan  timelines
  • Tracking of component sourcing and component status
  • Experience creating and implementing new project/program management processes
  • Experience in business process mapping or operational redesign / improvement
  • Experience working with quality management approaches, techniques, and principles to ensure quality
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
