As a Portfolio Analyst in ePayments you will be responsible for providing analytical support to internal partners while working in a rapidly changing team environment. The position will be responsible for providing analysis, documentation, communication, and/or presentations to internal and external customer stakeholders.
As a Portfolio Analyst, you can look forward to:
Design, Develop, and transform data from back end systems into a central data model.
Provide exceptional portfolio reporting of all products/projects in the portfolio according to the requirements of the Leadership Team
Collaborate with portfolio team members in developing portfolio reports, dashboards, and facilitate the monthly/quarterly portfolio activities.
Provide advice, consultation and information to management regarding organizational structures, appropriate staffing patterns, classification, and related issues
Drive the collection of relevant information to support the ePayments Portfolio Manager in high quality portfolio conversations.
Provide written and verbal updates to senior management
2+ years of data mining, data architecture, or back end systems experience
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
Experience working with various reporting and Project/Portfolio tools, such as VersionOne, Clarity as well as MS PowerBI or other Business Intelligence tools
Proven ability to compile and analyze data into meaningful and fact-based conversations
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment with the ability to adapt to change and priorities as a trusted business partner.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and adapt to constantly changing priorities with minimal direction or guidance
Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with a high level of confidence across all levels of business, often as a change agent
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis
Ability to build relationships with and influence other functional areas
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Intermediate knowledge of SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services, MS Power BI
Knowledge/experience working with project tools and/or other data collection presentment applications (Clarity,VersionOne)
Financial analysis experience is a plus
Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries running Software-as-a-Service
Demonstrated experience in making articulate and effective presentations to various audiences
Knowledge/experience creating SharePoint sites is a plus
